Refunds and changes, in plain terms
Your deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable for up to one year from the day you pay it. It is not an extra charge: it comes off your final balance.
You can move your start date using your deposit if you give at least 35 days' notice, or if you ask before you accept the contract.
Withdraw more than 35 days before your start date and you are refunded the invoice less the deposit, accommodation fees and any deferral fees. Inside 35 days, or once you have accepted the contract, no refund is issued.
